For all ENGINEERING applications, Lantos Coatings lanolin solutions are used in such harsh environments as pulp mills, salt and fertilizer plants, geothermal power plants and is also eco-friendly and food grade compatible. It helps preserve and protect parts during shipping or storage. Because Lantos products are non-toxic and non-hazardous they help to eliminate the use of hazardous chemicals in a closed environment. Lantos products perform for sustained periods of time, clinging tenaciously to metal substrate surfaces, halting moisture ingress, preventing corrosion and providing reliable lubrication. Lantos products inhibit flash rust, obstruct atmospheric corrosion, and lubricates everything from hydraulic cylinders to pneumatic tools.


STORAGE AND SHIPPING OF PARTS

A combination of Lantos Coatings Lanoseal LS773 protects parts in storage for up to 24 months indoors  Out in the full elements, up to a full season of protection allows for shipping of parts overseas and open-air transportation. Safe for all paints and plastics, Lantos Coatings offers ease of application and a cost-effective solution to equipment and spare part corrosion.

Metal shelves and metal storage buildings at a site will no longer rust away no matter how much humidity, direct water or corrosive chemical spills attacking them... LANTOS will coat and protect the metal from further any further corrosion.


CHAINS

LANTOS Lanolube LL735 penetrates to the inside of the chain, preventing wear, and providing extended lubrication. Displacing any trapped water, it leaves a barrier of protection with sufficient body to resist fly off and water wash off.

LANTOS Lanoseal LS773 holds up under a wide range of temperatures, resistant to high moisture, with sub-zero application, won't freeze, prevents chain jam ups due to water freezing in chain links. Its natural lanolin film is self-healing, maintaining lubricity and barrier integrity.



Wire Rope Protection (Maintenance)

Wire ropes can be protected using Lantos Wire Rope Lubricant WR120, a natural lanolin based mobile heavy fluid or Wire Rope Grease WR110. It has the ability to penetrate into the core of wire ropes - providing internal protection and lubrication at the same time leaving a protective and lubricating film on the outer strands to prevent moisture ingress. Acid, alkali, and salt resistant. Resistant to wash off Ideal for marine environments.

LANTOS LanolubeLL730, HG735 and Lanolin Grease LG100 for electrical connections are all highly effective barrier solution reducing galvanic and electrochemical corrosion. By shutting down the moisture and reducing the amount of oxygen so the overall rate of corrosion is better controlled.
